·Brief Introduction
    Pressure burner is the core of coal slurry gasification technology, and the performance of which will have a direct impact on products quality in gasification process.
The technical research institution adopts rocket engine high-temperature, high-pressure, high-speed burning, hightemperature alloy manufacturing technology, and the device TEXACO gas burner. Burners can withstand high temperature, high pressure, high-speed jet erosion and other disadvantageous conditions in the test. As a replacement for imported equipment, the product has been applied in supporting equipment of gasification plants of many customers.

·Technical Characteristics
    (1) Application of two-phase flow of theoretical calculations and experimental data, a reasonable ratio of fuel, atomized uniform;
    (2) Through in-depth study of pure oxygen technology and related applications aerodynamics, the products can satisfy the requirements of load adjustment, and hold large load regulation ratio;
    (3) Different technologies (TEXACO and Eastern China Technology University) match with the structure of gasification room and form a rational flame modeling;
    (4) According to user needs, design and manufacture various burners with all parameters of load, and meet customers’ special requirements;
